I founded Talentergy to shift how organizations think about leadership, talent, and culture. In my 25+ years of leadership at the C-Suite and as an Executive Partner at Gartner, I've often heard companies say “people are our greatest asset,” all while pouring millions into systems while overlooking their people. This led to burnout, toxic cultures, increasing organizational demands and layoffs. I’ve seen how easily talented teams can struggle without clear alignment, and a healthy culture.
I also experienced the power of being poured into. I had mentors and sponsors who invested in me through leadership development and executive coaching, all which helped me reach the C-Suite by the time I turned 35. Talentergy was created to pay that forward, and change the current narrative.

With over 29 years of experience in talent and organizational strategies, Dr. Danielle Lombard-Sims is a highly accomplished business executive specializing in executive coaching, change management, cultural transformation, leadership development, and HR capabilities. Her expertise spans across industries such as healthcare, oil and gas, banking, telecommunications, utilities, academic medical centers, manufacturing, retail, federal and state government.
Dr. Lombard-Sims has led large-scale domestic and global transformation efforts, driving organizational effectiveness and strategic alignment. She has served as an Executive Partner at Gartner, Chief HR Officer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Regional One Health, and LSU Health Sciences Center - New Orleans, and held senior management roles at Shell Oil, AT&T Wireless, Ochsner Health System, and Entergy.
